Born in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, I traded in the California lifestyle in 2001 for my own piece of heaven here in Virginia. I currently live with my husband, two daughters and an ever-changing menagerie of animals in the small hamlet of White Hall just outside Winchester, Virginia.
